§ 1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 666z ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://666z.asia and all associated subdomains and mobile applications.

§ 3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of 666z services, you must create a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid phone number registered in Bangladesh.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registered information at all times and to notify 666z promptly of any changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any later stage is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held within the account.

• One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active 666z account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under their own identity or under aliases or third-party identities, is strictly prohibited.
• One account per household: Only one player account is permitted per household address. 666z may request evidence of multiple residents at a shared address in exceptional circumstances.
• KYC verification: Before any withdrawal can be processed, players must complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence) and proof of address issued within the past three months.

§ 4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the 666z platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 666z does not charge players any platform fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All promotions are subject to the following general terms unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as stated in the relevant promotion) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested.
• Maximum bet rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per hand is ৳500 unless the specific promotion states a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is detailed in the promotions section of the 666z platform.

§ 6 Game Rules, Fairness & Technical Issues

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 666z platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any advantage over other players or the house.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.

§ 8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 666z platform — including but not limited to the brand name "666z", logos, trademarks, website design, software code, graphics, text, game interfaces, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of 666z or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 666z platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the 666z platform or its content. Any unauthorised use of 666z intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

§ 9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 666z, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the 666z platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to internet connection failures, device malfunctions, or power outages on the player's end.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform.

In all circumstances, the total aggregate liability of 666z to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

§ 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 666z is registered and operates.

In the event of any dispute between you and 666z, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
